HYPNOSIS is a state of induced but conscious sleep through the process of suggestion. Hypnosis must be readily accepted by the subject in order for the hypnosis to be achieved. Usually, the process of hypnosis involves a hypnotist and a subject. Hypnosis is characterized by deep concentration and extreme relaxation. And of course, a high degree of suggestibility.
