You are going through a transition phase if you are a teen or a parent of teenage son or daughter. We know that this is the period of great turmoil physiologically and psychologically for your grown up kid. When he cannot share his thoughts to the near and dear ones at home, he feels further put off from the world. However, your teen needs a proper care and definitive treatment if he is suffering from persistent depression. One of the most important aspects of treatment is a family therapy centered at counseling and behavior therapy for teen and his or her parents.
