Obesity is a very serious problem in the United States today, and it is becoming a problem in some of the other countries as well. This is due to the fact that the lifestyle of people today is often sedentary. They may rush around to get to their jobs, but then they generally sit behind a desk at those jobs, and therefore they do not get that much exercise.

They may get some on the weekends by mowing the lawn or participating in an activity, but the obesity problem is still continuing to grow.
